Dr Abela Mpobela Agnarson is a molecular biologist, epidemiologist, health economist, entrepreneur and a mother of three. She holds a PhD in International health from Karolinska Institute and a Diploma in health economy from Oxford University. Her goal in life is to work with sustainable social, economic, and health interventions that lifts nations, communities and individuals to a higher level of being.
She currently holds a position as Project manager for Open Minds Global (OMG) project in Burundi at Carpe Vitam foundation. The objective of OMG initiative is to teach young men and women how to make informed decisions and navigate their way in a world beset by challenge, and thereby equip, enable and empower tomorrow’s leaders.
